I learned to drive in a 5spd Omni.
I didnt enjoy it that much, but if it was a GLH-S, I probably would have fought to keep it. Instead ours was a 1.8L, white, stock, minimal optioned car with a blue vinyl interior that absorbed the warmth of the sun with unnatural precision, and a clutch heavy enough to make you wonder if you should try doing leg lifts with Thors Hammer when finished driving for the day.
I only sort of miss it, in a quirky sort of way that its the kind of car you really dont see on the road anymore...

Those old cars keeping the new cars in their place. Plus neat to see a kind of a rare car racing. Makes me think of this car:
One owner 67 Camaro Z/28 (1 of 602) guys been racing it since day one. Still has the original 302 and 4 speed
